Compiling custom programs
- download http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ramips/OpenWrt-SDK-ramips-for-linux-x86_64-gcc-4.8-linaro_uClibc-0.9.33.2.tar.bz2
- extract it (tar -xjf)
- enter the staging_dir/toolchain-mipsel_24kec+dsp_gcc-4.8-linaro_uClibc-0.9.33.2/bin directory
- use mipsel-openwrt-linux-uclibc-gcc as you would use GCC
