What we're using:

Firmware: Gluon, see: https://gluon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ OpenWrt, Gluon is being difficult
Hardware:

• Anything compatible
• At HACK, we are using a TP-Link Archer C6 v2.0

Mesh:

• BATMAN-adv on BATMAN_V
• SSID: f21XkY56E
• ipv4 net: 172.21.0.0/16
• ipv6 net: fd18:79f4:e0ab::/64

The MikroTik is providing WAN access, NAT, DHCP, and DNS to the mesh on eth6. Node1 should have a cable running from one of it's LAN ports to port 6 on the MikroTik.
